以ω-3鱼油脂肪乳注射液为例对我院肠外营养进行分析

Takingω-3 Fish Oil Fat Emulsion Injection as an Example to Analyze the Parenteral Nutrition in Our Hospital

目的分析我院ω-3鱼油脂肪乳注射液使用现状,进一步规范我院肠外营养液使用的规范性和合理性。方法汇总我院2019年1月至3月ω-3鱼油脂肪乳注射液使用情况,对不合格处方进行分析。结果汇总分析178张处方,不合格处方36张,合格率79.78%,不合格率20.22%。结论通过该类分析,加强临床干预,肠外营养适用的规范性和合理性明显提升。

Objective To analyze the current situation of the use of omega-3 fish oil fat emulsion injection in our hospital,and further standardize the standardization and rationality of the use of parenteral nutrition solution in our hospital.Methods The use of omega-3 fish oil fat emulsion injection in our hospital from January 2019 to March 2019 was summarized,and the unqualified prescription was analyzed.Results A total of 178 prescriptions were analyzed,36 were unqualified prescriptions,the pass rate was 79.78%,and the unqualified rate was 20.22%.Conclusion Through this type of analysis,clinical interventions are strengthened,and the normative and rationality of parenteral nutrition is significantly improved.
