水痘感染预防控制中水痘减毒活疫苗接种的应用价值

Application Value of Live Attenuated Varicella Vaccine in Prevention and Control of Varicella Infection

目的探讨水痘感染预防控制中水痘减毒活疫苗接种的应用价值。方法随机在2019年2月至2020年3月选择110例将在我院接受水痘减毒活疫苗接种的幼儿,将其随机进行分组,观察组55例,对照组55例。对照组选择同期未接受水痘减毒活疫苗接种,观察组选择接受水痘减毒活疫苗接种。对比两组幼儿水痘感染的发生率和观察组接种后不良反应的发生率。结果观察组患儿水痘感染的发生率为3.64%,对照组患儿水痘感染的发生率为27.27%,观察组患儿的水痘感染发生率明显比对照组患儿的要低,差异有统计学的意义(P<0.05),观察组患儿接种后有3例(5.45%)患儿发生了不良反应,其中有2例(3.64%)患儿为轻度不良反应,1例(1.82%)患儿为中度不良反应,无重度不良反应发生。结论水痘是幼儿时期临床上常见的一种感染性疾病,在临床上采用水痘减毒活疫苗接种有着非常显著的效果,可有效降低幼儿水痘感染的发生率,且不良反应少,值得各大医院临床的借鉴与利用。

Objective To explore the application value of live attenuated varicella vaccine in the prevention and control of varicella infection.Methods One hundred and ten children who will receive live attenuated varicella vaccine in our hospital from February 2019 to March 2020 were randomly divided into observation group(n=55)and control group(n=55)as the research sample.The control group did not receive live attenuated varicella vaccine in the same period,while the observation group received live attenuated varicella vaccine.The incidence of varicella infection and the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group were compared between the two groups.Result The incidence of varicella infection in the observation group was 3.64%,while that in the control group was 27.27%.The incidence of varicella infection in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),with statistical significance.Three(5.45%)children in the observation group had adverse reactions after vaccination,of which 2(3.64%)were mild adverse reactions 1(1.82%)patient had moderate adverse reactions and no severe adverse reactions occurred.Conclusion Chickenpox is a common clinical infectious disease in early childhood.The use of live attenuated varicella vaccine in clinical practice has a very significant effect,effectively preventing the incidence of chickenpox infection in children,reducing adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical reference and utilization in major hospitals.
