摘要
目的分析核磁共振在膝关节损伤诊断中的应用价值。方法选取我院2019年10月至2020年7月收治的48例膝关节损伤患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组24例。对照组行CT扫描诊断,观察组行核磁共振诊断,对比两组患者疾病诊断准确率,另对比两组诊断的特异度、敏感度。结果观察组诊断准确率95.83%(23/24),特异度为95.83%(23/24),敏感度为91.67%(22/24),对照组患者的诊断准确率为79.17%(19/24),特异度为70.83%(17/24),敏感度为75.00%(18/24)。两组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05,χ^(2)=12.252、13.467、14.071)。结论在膝关节损伤诊断中,核磁共振技术的应用价值突出,与CT技术相比,核磁共振技术可较为准确的检出和诊断疾病,特异度、敏感度均较高。
Objective To analyze the value of nuclear magnetic resonance imaging in the diagnosis of knee joint injury.Methods A total of 48 knee joint injury patients admitted to our hospital from October 2019 to July 2020 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 24 cases in each group.The control group underwent CT scan diagnosis,and the observation group underwent MRI diagnosis.The accuracy of disease diagnosis was compared between the two groups,and the specificity and sensitivity of the two groups were compared.Results The diagnostic accuracy of the observation group was 95.83%(23/24),the specificity was 95.83%(23/24),the sensitivity was 91.67%(22/24),and the diagnostic accuracy of the control group was 79.17%(19/24),specificity was 70.83%(17/24),and sensitivity was 75.00%(18/24).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05,χ^(2)=12.252,13.467,14.071).Conclusion In the diagnosis of knee joint injury,the application value of nuclear magnetic resonance technology is outstanding.Compared with CT technology,nuclear magnetic resonance technology can detect and diagnose diseases more accurately,with higher specificity and sensitivity.
