人性化护理模式在老年呼吸衰竭患者护理中的应用

Application of Humanized Nursing Mode in Nursing of Elderly Patients with Respiratory Failure

目的探讨人性化护理模式在老年呼吸衰竭患者护理中的应用价值。方法选取2017年5月至2019年4月间我院收治的老年呼吸衰竭老年患者160例,随机均等分为试验组和对照组,各80例。对照组患者采用的是常规护理模式,试验组患者实施人性化护理模式。对比分析两组患者干预前后的PHQ-9(健康问卷抑郁量表)评分、住院天数,以及护理总满意度。结果干预前,试验组与对照组患者的PHQ-9评分相比较,无差异(P>0.05);与干预前相比,干预后两组患者的PHQ-9评分均显著下降,且试验组的PHQ-9评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。此外,试验组的住院天数短于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组的护理总满意度明显比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论对于患有老年呼吸衰竭的患者采用人性化护理模式,效果显著,护理满意度较高,同时能够减少患者的抑郁情绪,缩短患者的住院时间,建议推广。

Objective To explore the application value of humanistic nursing mode in the nursing of elderly patients with respiratory failure.Methods One hundred and sixty elderly patients with respiratory failure admitted to our hospital from May 2017 to April 2019 were randomly and equally divided into experimental group and control group,each with 80 cases.Patients in the control group were treated with conventional nursing mode,while patients in the experimental group were treated with humanistic nursing mode.The PHQ-9(Health Questionnaire Depression Scale)scores,hospitalization days,and total nursing satisfaction before and after the intervention were compared and analyzed between the two groups.Results Before the intervention,there was no difference in PHQ-9 scores between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).Compared with before the intervention,the PHQ-9 scores of the two groups of patients decreased significantly after the intervention,and the PHQ-9 scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).In addition,the hospitalization days of the experimental group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of nursing in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Humanized nursing mode for elderly patients with respiratory failure has obvious effect and high nursing satisfaction.It can reduce the depression of patients and shorten the hospitalization time of patients.It is recommended to popularize.
