慢性精神分裂患者施行心理行为护理对认知功能的影响分析

Effect of Psychological and Behavioral Nursing on Cognitive Function in Patients with Chronic Schizophrenia

目的分析研究慢性精神分裂患者施行心理行为护理对认知功能的影响。方法选取我院2017年1至2019年6月间收治的慢性精神分裂患者130例,随机均分为试验组和对照组,各65例。对照组患者采用常规护理,试验组患者在此基础上添加心理行为护理。对两组患者护理干预前后PANSS(阳性和阴性症状量表)评分与MoCA(蒙特利尔认知评估量表)评分的变化情况进行对比分析。结果护理干预前,比较两组患者的PANSS和MoCA评分,均差异较小(P>0.05)。护理干预后,试验组的阳性症状、阴性症状、一般精神病理分别是(8.91±2.74)分、(15.98±4.68)分、(24.87±4.47)分,均显著低于对照组;MoCA评分是(27.35±1.98)分,明显高于对照组的(23.27±1.26)分(P<0.05)。结论对于慢性精神分裂患者采用心理行为护理,能够有效改善患者的认知功能,并缓解慢性精神分裂的症状,值得临床推广。

Objective To analyze and study the effect of psychological and behavioral nursing on cognitive function of patients with chronic schizophrenia.Methods One hundred and thirty patients with chronic schizophrenia admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to June 2019 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 65 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received routine nursing,while patients in the experimental group received psychological and behavioral nursing on this basis.The changes of PANSS(Positive and Negative Symptom Scale)and MoCA(Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale)scores before and after nursing intervention were compared and analyzed between the two groups.Results Before nursing intervention,the PANSS and MoCA scores of the two groups of patients were compared,with little difference(P>0.05).After nursing intervention,the positive symptoms,negative symptoms and general psychopathology of the experimental group were(8.91±2.74),(15.98±4.68)and(24.87±4.47)respectively,which were significantly lower than those of the control group.The MoCA score of the experimental group was(27.35±1.98),significantly higher than that of the control group(23.27±1.26)(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological and behavioral nursing for patients with chronic schizophrenia can effectively improve the cognitive function of patients and relieve the symptoms of chronic schizophrenia,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
