分析剖宫产护理中采取人性化护理的效果

Analyze the Effect of Humanized Nursing in Cesarean Section Nursing

目的分析剖宫产护理活动中给予人性化护理的临床效果。方法选取我院2017年8月至2019年4月共计接纳剖宫产妇130例,随机抽签落实分组。普通组65例,施予常规护理;人性化组65例,施予人性化病室环境维护、心理护理、知识宣教等人性化护理。记录两组产妇产后并发症发生情况,评估对比婴儿哺育知识掌握情况、产妇产后负面情绪,评估临床护理满意度。结果人性化组并发症发生率(1.54%)较普通组(9.23%)显著更低(P<0.05)。人性化组产妇哺育知识掌握率(96.92%)较普通组(81.54%)明显更高(P<0.05)。人性化组SAS、SDS评分(30.25±3.56)分、(26.31±4.12)分较普通组(39.58±4.52)分、(34.59±5.52)分明显更低(P<0.05)。人性化组护理满意度(98.46%)对比普通组(75.38%)明显更高(P<0.05)。结论当前剖宫产护理活动中给予人性化护理可提高护理满意度、减少产后并发症并提高产妇婴儿哺育知识掌握率,改善其产后负面情绪,可积极推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of humanized nursing in the nursing activities of cesarean section.Methods A total of 130 cases of cesarean section women were admitted in our hospital from August 2017 to April 2019,and random lots were drawn to implement grouping.Sixty-five cases in the general group were given routine nursing;65 cases in the humanized group were given humanized nursing such as environmental maintenance in the humanized ward,psychological care,and knowledge education.The occurrence of postpartum complications of the two groups of women was recorded,and the knowledge of infant feeding was evaluated and compared,the negative emotions of the mothers after delivery,and the satisfaction of clinical care was evaluated.Results The complication rate of the humanized group(1.54%)was significantly lower than that of the general group(9.23%)(P<0.05).The mastery rate of maternal nursing knowledge in the humanized group(96.92%)was significantly higher than that of the general group(81.54%)(P<0.05).The scores of SAS and SDS(30.25±3.56)and(26.31±4.12)in the humanized group were significantly lower than those in the general group(39.58±4.52)and(34.59±5.52)(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the humanized group(98.46%)was significantly higher than that of the general group(75.38%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Humanized nursing in the current cesarean section nursing activities can improve nursing satisfaction,reduce postpartum complications,increase maternal and infant nursing knowledge,and improve their postpartum negative emotions,which can be actively promoted.
