分析冠心病患者护理中预见性护理的应用效果

Analysis of the Application Effect of Predictive Nursing in the Nursing of Patients with Coronary Heart Disease

目的评价预见性护理开展于冠心病患者护理中的价值。方法选择于2018年8月至2019年8月期间来我院就诊的98例冠心病患者为研究对象,采用抽签方法进行分组评价。给予49例试验组患者预见性护理,给予49例对照组患者常规护理。对两种护理方案的开展效果(患者总护理满意度、并发症发生率、临床表现消失时间、住院天数、护理总有效率)进行比对和评价。结果与对照组相比,试验组患者总护理满意度和护理总有效率较高,比对数据差异符合统计学意义的判定依据(P<0.05);与对照组相比,试验组患者并发症发生率较低,比对数据差异符合统计学意义的判定依据(P<0.05);与对照组相比,试验组患者临床表现消失时间与住院天数均较短,比对数据差异符合统计学意义的判定依据(P<0.05)。结论预见性护理应用于冠心病患者中可达到满意的效果,值得推广。

Objective To evaluate the value of predictive nursing in the nursing of patients with coronary heart disease.Method The 98 patients with coronary heart disease who came to our hospital from August 2018 to August 2019 were selected as the research objects,and the lottery method was used for group evaluation.Predictive nursing was given to 49 patients in the experimental group,and routine nursing was given to 49 patients in the control group.Compare and evaluate the development effects of the two nursing programs(patient total nursing satisfaction,complication rate,clinical manifestation disappearance time,hospital stay,total nursing effective rate).Results Compared with the control group,the total nursing satisfaction and total nursing efficiency of patients in the experimental group were significantly improved,and the data difference was consistent with the judgment basis of statistical significance(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the incidence of complications in the experimental group was significantly reduced,and the difference in comparison data was consistent with the judgment basis of statistical significance(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the time of disappearance of clinical manifestations and length of stay in the experimental group were significantly shortened,and the comparison data were consistent with the determination basis of statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of predictive nursing in patients with coronary heart disease can achieve satisfactory results and is worthy of promotion.
