综合康复护理在改善老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者肺功能中的作用探索

The Role of Comprehensive Rehabilitation Nursing in Improving Pulmonary Function in Elderly Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

目的探析综合康复护理在老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者中应用对肺功能的影响。方法于本院呼吸内科2019年2月至2020年5月诊治的老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者中选出200例为对象,以随机数字表法分组,对照组100例患者给予常规护理干预,观察组100例患者在对照组的护理措施基础上给予综合康复护理,对比两组的肺功能指标、6 min步行距离等。结果护理6个月后,两组患者的肺功能指标(FVC、FEV1、FEV1/FVC)和6 min步行距离均有明显提高,P<0.05;观察组患者的肺功能指标和6 min步行距离均高于对照组,P<0.05;随访6个月因COPD急性发作再住院率对比:观察组5.00%低于对照组的14.00%,P<0.05。结论综合康复护理的实施有助于促进老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者肺功能改善,提高运动耐量,减少疾病反复急性发作,值得推广。

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing on pulmonary function in elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)in China.Methods Two hundred elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were selected from February 2019 to May 2020,packed in random numbers,routine nursing intervention was given to 100 patients in the control group,comprehensive rehabilitation nursing was given to 100 patients in the observation group on the basis of nursing measures in the control group,compared the pulmonary function indexes,6 min walking distance and so on in the two groups.Results Six months after nursing,pulmonary function index(FVC,FEV1,FEV1/FVC)in both groups and 6 min walking distance were significantly improved,P<0.05;the pulmonary function index and 6 min walking distance in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,P<0.05;the rate of rehospitalization due to acute attack in the observation group(5.00%)was lower than that in the control group(14.00%).Conclusion The implementation of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing can promote the improvement of lung function,improve exercise tolerance and reduce the recurrence of acute attacks in elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
