2型糖尿病肥胖患者实施标准化饮食护理的应用探讨

Discussion on the Application of Standardized Diet Nursing for Obese Patients with Type 2 Diabetes

目的研究标准化饮食护理应用在2型糖尿病肥胖患者护理当中对患者体质量和血糖水平的影响。方法抽查我院在2020年3月至2021年6月接受治疗的74例2型糖尿病,肥胖患者的临床资料,其中常规护理的患者35例,为对照组;另外通过标准化饮食护理的患者39例,为观察组。统计两组患者的治疗资料,综合对比并作分析。结果①观察组护理后的体质量指数改善和臀腰比改善优于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。②观察组护理后的空腹血糖值和餐后2 h血糖值改善优于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论将标准化饮食护理应用在2型糖尿病肥胖患者的护理中可以有效的改善患者的体质量指数和血糖水平,值得推荐。

Objective To study the impact of standardized dietary care application in the care of obese patients with type 2 diabetes on the body weight and blood glucose level of patients.Methods Randomly check the clinical data of 74 patients with type 2 diabetes and obesity who were treated in our hospital from March 2020 to June 2021.Among them,35 patients who received routine care were the control group.Another 39 patients received standardized diet care is the observation group.Statistics of the treatment data of the two groups of patients,comprehensive comparison and analysis.Results(1)The improvement of body mass index and hip-to-waist ratio of the observation group after nursing was better than that of the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).(2)The fasting blood glucose value after nursing and the blood glucose value of 2 h after meal in the observation group the improvement was better than the control group,and there was a statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of standardized diet care in the care of obese patients with type 2 diabetes can effectively improve the patient's body mass index and blood glucose level,and it is worth recommending.
