优质护理干预对冠心病心绞痛患者心电图检查依从性及满意度的影响

Effect of High-quality Nursing Intervention on ECG Compliance and Satisfaction of Patients with Angina Pectoris

目的评价优质护理干预对冠心病心绞痛行心电图检查患者依从性、满意度等方面的影响,为冠心病患者心电图检查护理工作提供参考。方法选择我院2019年2月至9月期间收治行心电图检查的冠心病心绞痛患者,总计86例。心电图检查的基础上,结合辅助护理不同进行对照组、优质护理组分组,取随机法。对照组43例冠心病心绞痛患者配合常规护理,优质护理组43例冠心病心绞痛患者加行优质护理干预,比较对照组与优质护理干预后两组行心电图检查冠心病心绞痛患者的依从性、满意度以及情绪评分、血压、心率情况。结果优质护理组冠心病心绞痛患者依从率、满意度均高于对照组,且情绪、血压、心率均优于对照组,P<0.05。结论冠心病心绞痛患者心电图检查期间配合优质护理干预可以提高患者检查依从性、满意度、稳定患者身心状况,从而确保检查工作的顺利进行。

Objective To evaluate the influence of high-quality nursing intervention on compliance and satisfaction of ECG in patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris,and to provide reference for ECG nursing work in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 86 patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris who underwent electrocardiogram examination from February 2019 to September 2019 were enrolled.On the basis of electrocardiogram examination,the control group and the high-quality care group were combined with the auxiliary nursing,and the random method was adopted.In the control group,43 patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris combined with routine nursing,43 patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris in high-quality nursing group were treated with high-quality nursing intervention.The compliance and satisfaction of ECG patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris were compared between the control group and the quality nursing intervention group.And emotional scores,blood pressure,heart rate.Results The compliance rate and satisfaction rate of patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris in the high-quality nursing group were higher than those in the control group,and the mood,blood pressure and heart rate were better than the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Patients with coronary heart disease with angina pectoris during high-quality nursing intervention can improve the patient's compliance,satisfaction,and stability of the patient's physical and mental condition,so as to ensure the smooth progress of the examination.
