护理干预在大肠癌术后的应用效果

Application Effect of Nursing Intervention in Postoperative Colorectal Cancer

目的评价对大肠癌手术患者在手术以后进行干预的有效护理方法。方法本文调查时间选择2017年1月至2019年7月,将在此期间来我院进行手术治疗的42例大肠癌患者设置为观察组,将同期到我院进行治疗的另外42例大肠癌手术患者设置为对照组,分别进行优质护理和常规护理,比较不同护理所取得的效果。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率为47.62%(20/42),对照组为16.67%(7/42),差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;观察组并发症发生率为9.52%(4/42),对照组并发症发生率为28.57%(12/42),差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;两组患者的平均住院时间和满意度进行比较,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论对大肠癌手术患者通过优质护理干预进行指导能够有效促进患者手术效果的提高,降低并发症对患者的影响,促进患者快速恢复。

Objective To evaluate the effective nursing methods for intervention in patients with colorectal cancer after operation.Methods The investigation time of this study was from January 2017 to July 2019,42 patients with colorectal cancer who came to our hospital for surgical treatment were set as the observation group,and another 42 patients with colorectal cancer who came to our hospital for treatment during the same period were set as the control group,they were given high-quality care and routine care,and the effects of different care were compared.Results The effective rate of the observation group was 47.62%(20/42),and that of the control group was 16.67%(7/42),the difference was statistically significant,P<0.05.The complication rate of the observation group was 9.52%(4/42),the incidence of complication in the control group was 28.57%(12/42),the difference was statistically significant,P<0.05.The average hospitalization time and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.There was also an observation between the observation group and the control group.The difference was observed,and the observation group was superior to the control group,the difference was statistically significant,P<0.05.Conclusion The guidance of high-quality nursing intervention for patients with colorectal cancer can effectively improve the surgical effect of patients,reduce the impact of complications on patients,and promote the recovery of patients.
