摘要
在汽车正面碰撞过程中,车体结构和约束系统的耦合作用对乘员伤害有直接影响。利用理论与经验结合的方式,通过碰撞波形和约束系统耦合关系评价方法,对某B级乘用车进行车体结构和约束系统耦合关系分析,并对车体吸能结构和乘员约束系统提出改进。最终结果表明,将该车型的正面碰撞评价星级从三星提高到了五星,有效提高了整车安全性。
In the process of vehicle frontal crash,the coupling effect between body structures and restraint system directly affects occupant injuries.By combining theory and experience and using the evaluation method of the coupling relationship between crash waveform and restraint system,an analysis on the coupling relationship between the body structure and restraint system of a B-class passenger car is conducted,with body energy-absorbing structure and occupant restraint system modified.Final results indicate that the frontal crash star rating of that car is raised from three stars to five stars,effectively enhancing the safety performance of the vehicle.
