边疆产业与治理耦合效应研究——以云南省临沧市沧源佤族自治县为例

Frontier Industry and Governance Coupling Effect:Taking Cangyuan Autonomous County of Lincang City in Yunnan Province as an Example

云南省临沧市沧源佤族自治县在过去几年贫困问题突出。主要表现在:收入差距不平衡;因灾病返贫现象显著;贫困代际传递显著等方面。自沧源县根据《沧源佤族自治县十二五规划(2011—2015年)》指导发展以来已取得丰硕成果,但减贫道路任务依旧艰巨。通过耦合度及协调度模型对沧源县产业与治理的相关成效进行分析,可对沧源县在乡村振兴战略背景下的成效进行量化研究,并提出对策及建议。

There are severe poverty problems for Cangyuan Autonomous County of Lincang City in Yunnan Province in the past several years,includes the imbalance of the income,poverty-returning due to disasters and diseases and intergenerational transmission of poverty etc..According to The Twelfth five-year Plan of Cangyuan WA Autonomous County(2011-2015),the county has yielded fruitful results,but the tasks of relieving poverty remain arduous.With the analysis of the effects on the industry and governance in Cangyuan county by the models of the coupling degree and coordination degree,the results can be researched quantitatively and measures can be proposed effectively under the background of the rural revitalization strategies.
