农村人居环境整治提高农民主观幸福感的机制研究

Studying on the Mechanisms of Improving Farmers'Subjective Well-being by Renovating Rural Living Environment

目的:探讨农村人居环境整治对农民主观幸福感的作用机制。方法:采用河北省农村人居环境整治示范县的入户调查数据,运用偏最小二乘结构方程模型实证分析人居环境整治对农民主观幸福感的影响机理。结果:除厕所粪污治理以外,农村人居环境整治各项举措对农民主观幸福感的提升均有显著作用;整治满意度对农民主观幸福感有着显著的正向影响,并在厕所粪污治理和人居环境整治其他举措与主观幸福感之间呈现差异化中介效应;农民参与正向调节厕所粪污治理对农民主观幸福感的影响,负向缓和生活污水治理对主观幸福感的提升作用。结论:优化以农民满意为导向的人居环境整治决策与评价体系;因情施策,对症下药,强化亟待完善的薄弱环节;激活内生主导,完善以观念认同为前提、以村规民约为约束的参与式治理模式。

Objective To study the mechanisms of improving farmers'subjective well-being by renovating rural living environment.Methods Data of household survey from demonstration counties of rural living environment improvement programs in Hebei Province was empirically studied with Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling.Results Various measures of rural living environment renovation programs have a significant effect on the improvement of farmers'subjective well-being,except the toilet waste treatment.Renovation satisfaction has a significantly positive impact on farmers'subjective well-being,and plays a differentiated intermediary role between various measures for rural living environment improvement programs and farmers'subjective well-being.Farmers'participation positively moderate the relationship between toilet waste treatment and farmers*subjective well-being,and negatively moderate the relationship between domestic sewage discharge and farmers'subjective well-being.Conclusion It is suggested to optimize the decision-making and evaluation system for rural living environment improvement programs based on peasants'satisfaction,pay more attention to the vulnerable spot in rural living environment improvement programs,activate the endogenous energy,and perfect the participatory governance mode.
