摘要
为综合评价山药多糖对动物机体免疫调节作用,检索PubMed、中国知网、维普、万方、Springer等数据库相关文献。采用间接比较法,通过阅读文献中的摘要和讨论来进行人工筛选相关文献。利用RevMan 5.3软件对纳入文献中的研究进行Meta分析。在所纳入的12篇文献中,通过对小鼠碳廓清能力、脾脏增长指数、小鼠血清IL-2含量、小鼠淋巴细胞增殖能力、胸腺增长指数、小鼠血清溶血素等6项免疫指标的Meta分析发现:小鼠碳廓清能力、脾脏增长指数、血清IL-2含量等免疫指标的Meta分析结果与对照组相比,差异具有统计学意义(p<0.05);小鼠免疫淋巴细胞增殖能力、胸腺增长指数、小鼠血清溶血素免疫指标与对照组相比,差异不具有统计学意义(p>0.05)。敏感性分析显示该文结果具有一定的可靠性和精确性;所纳入的文献除碳廓清能力指数研究外都具有一定的发表偏倚性。上述结果表明,山药多糖在一定程度上能够增强动物的免疫,但还需要大量的研究数据支持。
To evaluate the effect of Chinese yam polysaccharides on the animal immune system,literature search for relevant publications was carried out in PubMed,CNKI(China National Knowledge Infrastructure),VIP(China Science and Technology Journal Database),Wanfang,Springer,and other databases. As no direct comparative study was identified,the use of an indirect comparative method to screen the relevant literature manually via reading the abstracts and discussions in the literature was applied. The RevMan 5.3 software was used for the Meta-analysis of 12 published studies identified by the search. Six immune indexes of mice have been included in the analysis:carbon clearance ability,spleen growth index,immuno-lymphocyte proliferation ability,thymus growth index,serum hemolysin,and serum IL-2 content. The immune indexes of carbon clearance ability,spleen growth index,and serum IL-2 content in the experimental group were different from the control group(p <0.05). While no significant difference was found in the immuno-lymphocyte proliferation,thymus growth index,and serum hemolysin immune index between the experimental group and the control group(p>0.05). According to the sensitivity analysis,the results merged from the screened literatures are certain reliable and accurate. Except for the carbon clearance index,results for the other indexes showed publication bias.While the results indicated that Chinese yam polysaccharides may enhance animals’ immunity to some extent,much research data would be needed to support this conclusion.
