引证网络专利质量对专利拍卖经济价值的影响效应研究

Effect of the Quality of Patent of Citation Network on Patent Economic Value at Auction

[目的/意义]识别高价值专利,为提升专利拍卖效率提供支撑,促进科技成果转移转化。[方法/过程]构建引证网络专利质量指数,以中国科学院计算技术研究所专利拍卖数据为研究对象,利用Heckman两阶段模型和Probit回归模型研究引用专利和被引用专利质量对目标专利拍卖价格的影响。[结果/结论]引用专利质量越高,专利拍卖成交概率越高;专利拍卖成交价格不仅取决于被引用量,还与被引用专利质量正向关联,而且被引用专利质量越高,实现高成交价的可能性越高。可见,高价值专利筛选既要关注被引用数量,还应考虑引证网络中引用专利和被引用专利的专利质量评价。

[Purpose/Significance]This paper intends to identify high-value patents,provide support for improving the efficiency of patent auctions,and promote the technology transfer.[Method/Process]We construct patent quality index and study the influence of the quality of forward cited patents and backward cited patents on the auction price based on the patentauction data of Institute of Computing Technology of Chinese Academy of Sciences with the method of the Heckman two-stage model and Probit regression model.[Result/Conclusion]The greater the quality of the backward cited patents,the higher the probability of patent auction transactions;patent auction price is not only closely related to its own forward citations,but also positively related to the quality of the forward cited patents.The higher the quality of the forward cited patent is,the higher the probability of high auction price.It can be seen that high-value patent should not only focus on the forward citations,but also consider the patent quality evaluation of the forward cited patents and the backward cited patents.
