Current situation of hydrogen supply for energy in Shanghai is introduced.Hydrogen byproduct is a solid foundation for hydrogen supply for energy in Shanghai.Shanghai has accumulated rich pipeline resources in the development of traditional chemical industry and energy facilities,which can be used for the large-scale development of hydrogen industry.Based on Shanghai,serving the Yangtze River Delta and the eastern coastal areas,it is proposed to establish a hydrogen peak shaving base for energy with Shanghai as the center and establish a long-term goal of developing net zero emission renewable energy hydrogen production with careful division of labor and efficient coordination.Formation of industrial alliance is the suggestion of the scientific model for development of hydrogen energy industry so as to achieve development goal of solidly forming policy chain,expediting industrial chain and forming value chain.
