Economic Evaluation of Park Integrated Energy Project under Goal of Carbon Peak and Carbon Neutrality

碳达峰、碳中和目标是党中央、国务院基于当前环境问题和能源危机提出的重大战略决策,对园区综合能源项目进行经济性评价有利于投资者和政府作出决策。基于碳达峰、碳中和目标以H省某园区综合能源项目为研究对象,对其进行经济性评价和敏感性分析,节能减排效益被考虑在经济效益中。通过经济性评价结果表明,基于碳达峰、碳中和目标下的园区综合能源项目能有效实现项目经济性,项目对固定资产投资最为敏感。

The goal of carbon peak and carbon neutrality is a major strategic decision of the Party Central Committee and the State Council based on the current environmental issues and energy crisis.The economic evaluation of the park’s integrated energy projects is beneficial to investors and the government to make decisions.Based on the carbon peak and carbon neutral goal,a comprehensive energy project in a park in H Province is the research object,and its economic evaluation and sensitivity analysis are carried out.The benefits of energy saving and emission reduction are considered in the economic benefits.The economic evaluation results show that the integrated energy project of the park based on the goal of carbon peak and carbon neutrality can effectively realize the economics of the project,and the project is most sensitive to the commissioning of fixed assets.
