摘要
传统的污泥脱水工艺是将污泥经带式压滤机、叠螺脱水机、离心脱水机等处理后其煤泥含水率仅能达到70%左右,远不能满足50%以下含水率的资源化利用要求。而KS超高压压榨机通过采用煤泥破壁改性与高压压滤压榨深度脱水集成技术(高压快速压榨深度脱水技术),可在线24 h运行,其日处理煤污水量100~400 t,经压榨后的煤泥饼含水率约41%,无需再自然风干可直接加仓,节约了大量的处置时间和存放场地。
The traditional sludge dewatering process is that the sludge is treated by belt filter press,spiral dehydrator,centrifugal dehydrator,and the moisture content of coal slime after treatment can only reach about 70%,which is far from meeting the resource utilization requirements of water content below 50%.The KS ultra-high pressure press can run 24 hours online by using the integrated technology of coal slime wall breaking modification and high-pressure filter press deep dehydration(i.e.high-pressure rapid press deep dehydration technology).The daily treatment of coal waste water is 100-400 tons,and the moisture content of the pressed coal cake is about 41%.It can be directly added into the warehouse without natural air drying,which saves a lot of disposal time and storage site.
