国家发展重要战略之一是调整能源结构,逐步降低煤炭消费比重,减少碳排放。随着人类对生产和生活环境要求的提高,对夏季需求冷气冬季供暖提出了需求,集中供冷供热在中国已经广泛应用。在此背景下,研究供能方式、商业化运营模式,能够为降低供能成本,采取合适的供能定价策略,以及推动和发展供能领域提出见解。探讨供能模式、供能价格的组成、计算依据、价格计算方法、价格不同计算方法的对比、价格确定策略等,为供能工程的能源价格测定和报价策略提供借鉴。

Country’s important development strategy is to adjust the energy structure,gradually reduce the proportion of coal consumption and reduce carbon emissions.With the requirements of human production and living environmental conditions,there is a demand for air conditioning in summer and heating in winter.Central cooling and heating has been widely used in China.In this context,research on energy supply mode and commercial operation mode to reduce energy supply cost,adopt appropriate energy supply pricing strategy and put forward opinions for promoting and developing energy supply field.This paper discusses the energy supply mode,composition of energy supply price,calculation basis,price calculation method,comparison of different price calculation methods,price determination strategy,etc.,so as to provide reference for energy price determination and quotation strategy of energy supply projects.
