摘要 火力发电厂灰渣系统作为主要辅助系统之一,在当前提倡节能环保的形势下,其正常运行与否不仅影响到电厂的各项环保指标优劣,还直接关系到主机设备能否安全稳定运行。本文详细介绍了外高桥第二发电厂灰渣辅控网DCS改造实例,针对原有灰渣辅控网设备老化导致系统可靠性下降、控制器不兼容及网络通信故障较多等问题,进行了灰渣辅控网DCS改造,解决了原系统存在的隐患,确保了灰渣系统高效、稳定、环保运行。 Ash and slag system of thermal power plant is one of the main auxiliary systems.Under the current situation of advocating energy conservation and environmental protection,its normal operation not only affects the environmental parameters of the power plant,but also directly affects the safe and stable operation of the main equipment.The article introduces an example of DCS renovation of the ash and slag auxiliary control network for Waigaoqiao Second Power Generation.In view of the old ash and slag auxiliary control network equipment aging leading to the decline of system reliability,the incompatibility of each controller,and many network communication failures,the DCS renovation of ash and slag auxiliary control network was carried out,which solved the equipment hidden trouble existing in the original system,and ensured the efficient,stable and environmental protection operation of ash and slag system.
