广州市村级工业园空间利用改造策略研究

Space Utilization and Transformation Strategy of Village-level Industrial Parks in Guangzhou

2020年广州市将村级工业园整治提升纳入城市更新九项重点工作当中,全面推动村级工业园的升级改造,村级工业园的空间利用得到了更多关注。在全面分析广州市村级工业园数量、规模、分布及产业定位等特征的基础上,总结村级工业园空间利用方面的三大问题:建筑通达性差、空间粗放利用、建筑立面破败。导致这些问题的主要原因有:村园建设的自发性致使村园功能割裂,利益导向下的公共空间缺失,建设时序混乱使得设计风格迥异等。最后以海珠同创汇、天河沐陂科贸园为研究对象,提出连通内外空间系统,整顿园区室外环境,升级园区建筑立面的村级工业园空间利用改造策略。

In 2020,Guangzhou incorporated the renovation and upgrading of village-level industrial parks into the nine key tasks of urban renewal,comprehensively promoted the upgrading and transformation of village-level industrial parks.The space utilization of village-level industrial parks has received more attention.Based on a comprehensive analysis of the characteristics of the number,scale,distribution and industrial positioning of village-level industrial parks in Guangzhou,this paper summarizes three major problems in the spatial utilization of village-level industrial parks:poor architectural accessibility,extensive spatial utilization and dilapidated building facade.The main reasons for these problems are the spontaneous construction,which leads to the separation of the function of industrial parks,the lack of public space under the guidance of interests,the confusion of construction sequence and the different design styles,etc.Finally,taking two empirical cases of Haizhu Vipshop's Foreign Exchange and Tianhe Mubei Science and Trade Park as research object,the paper puts forward the space utilization and transformation strategy of village-level industrial parks,which connects internal and external space system,rectifies outdoor environment and upgrades building facade.
