摘要
就1.5 MW单行星锁紧盘的工艺开发,通过分析材料的性能、成分、组织,针对零件外套、内环根据不同的结构特点设计了相应的工艺方案。外套、内环配合面为锥面,此加工过程中为了检测尺寸设计了专用量具;内环为薄壁零件,在此加工过程为了控制零件变形设计了专用胎具。精加工利用胎具及合理的切削参数达到了控制零件变形的效果。零件组装后根据现场的使用力矩,在试验台上进行了模拟打压试验,各项指标均满足使用要求。
The process development of 1.5 MW single row star locking disc is mainly described,from the material properties,composition,organization analysis,for the outer and inner ring of the parts according to the different structural characteristics of the design of the corresponding process plan,the outer and inner ring mating surface is tapered,the processing process in order to detect the size of the design of special gauges;the inner ring is a thin-walled parts,the processing process in order to control the deformation of the parts,the design of special tire tool,The finishing process uses the tire tool and reasonable cutting parameters to achieve the effect of controlling the deformation of the parts.After assembling the parts,the simulated compression test was conducted on the test bench according to the field torque,and all the indexes met the requirements of use.
