液压支架底座受力优化数值模拟研究

摘要 为了解决液压支架在复杂工况下部件易发生损坏的情况,利用数值模拟软件对顶梁两端集中加载下液压支架应力分布情况进行模拟研究,发现在顶梁两端集中加载下液压支架整体受力较为均匀,符合设计要求;而在底座扭转加载下底座与后连杆接触位置超过了材料的屈服强度,所以对底座扭转工况下底座进行优化,经过对优化后的底座进行对比研究发现,优化后的受力有了明显的改观,液压支架的受力最大值有了明显的降低,达到了优化的目标,为矿井安全开采提供了一定的保证。 In order to solve the situation that the hydraulic bracket is prone to damage under complex working conditions,numerical simulation software is used to simulate the stress distribution of the hydraulic bracket under centralized loading at both ends of the top beam,and it is found that the overall stress of the hydraulic bracket is more uniform under centralized loading at both ends of the top beam,and the whole is more in line with the design requirements.Under the torsional loading of the base,the contact position between the base and the rear link exceeds the yield strength of the material,so the base is optimized under the torsional condition of the base,and after the comparison study of the optimized base,it is found that the optimized force has significantly improved,and the stress maximum of the hydraulic support has significantly reduced,which achieves the goal of optimization and provides a certain guarantee for the safe mining.
