摘要
以ZY10800/28/63D型液压支架底座为研究对象,对其采用底座平面力系计算软件和三维有限元算法进行了理论计算,并在支架型式试验过程中检测结构件关键点的应力试验值。对理论计算值和试验值进行对比分析可知,在液压支架设计过程中应用底座平面力系计算软件和有限元分析软件是准确和可靠的。
Taking the base of ZY10800/28/63D hydraulic support as the research object,the theoretical calculation is carried out by using the base plane force system calculation software and three-dimensional finite element algorithm,and the stress test values of key points of structural parts are detected in the process of support type test.Through the comparative analysis of the theoretical and experimental values,it can be seen that the application of the base plane force system calculation software and finite element analysis software in the design process of the hydraulic support is accurate and reliable.
