摘要
为进一步提升通风机性能,掌握不同参数对通风机性能的影响机理,基于FBDCZ5.0对旋轴流式通风机建立Solid Works三维模型,根据不同情况进行不同的网格划分,采用FLUENT软件分析研究顶部间隙对通风机静压、全压、效率、泄露流动以及电机的匹配程度,为后续改进并完善通风机顶部参数提供指导。
In order to further improve the ventilator performance and grasp the mechanism of the influence of different parameters on the ventilator performance,a SolidWorks 3D model is established based on FBDCZ5.0 for the rotary axial flow ventilator,different meshing is completed according to the situation,and FLUENT software is used to analyze and study the top clearance on the ventilator static pressure,full pressure,efficiency,leakage flow and the matching degree of the motor,so as to provide guidance for the subsequent The top clearance of the ventilator was analyzed by FLUENT software to study the effect of the top clearance on the static pressure,full pressure,efiBciency,leakage flow and motor matching to provide guidance for subsequent improvement and refinement of the ventilator top parameters.
