摘要 针对长距离带式输送机多电机驱动系统启动、运行易出现波动、不平稳现象的问题,提出了采用闭环直接转矩变频控制技术控制多电机驱动系统,并以山西某煤矿6 km带式输送机为原型,提出合理的多电机布局方式,借助AMESim、Simulink联合仿真系统,对所选控制技术进行建模仿真,结果可知,闭环直接转矩变频控制技术能有效改善多电机驱动的长距离带式输送机启动、运行过程中波动大、不平稳的问题。 Aiming at the problem that the multi motor drive system of long-distance belt conveyor is prone to fluctuation and instability in start-up and operation,a closed-loop direct torque frequency conversion control technology is proposed to control the multi motor drive system.Taking a 6 km belt conveyor in a coal mine in Shanxi as the prototype,a reasonable multi motor layout mode is proposed.With the help of AMESim and Simulink joint simulation system,the selected control technology is modeled and simulated.The results show that the closed-loop direct torque variable frequency control technology can effectively improve the problems of large fluctuation and instability in the start-up and operation of multi motor driven long-distance belt conveyor.
