摘要
以9-19-10D型离心通风机为例,应用ANSYS软件对矿用通风机叶轮受力情况进行了分析,发现叶轮中的叶片存在应力集中现象。结合煤矿实际情况对叶片结构进行优化改进,使得叶片的应力集中现象得到改善,显著提升了离心通风机的运行可靠性。
Taking 9-19-10 D cantrifugal fan as an example,the stress of the impeller of mine fan is analyzed by using ANSYS software,and it is found that there is stress concentration in the blade of the impeller.Combined with the actual situation of coal mine,the blade structure is optimized and improved,which improves the stress concentration of the blade and significantly improves the operation reliability of centrifugal fan.
