摘要
在分析带式输送机结构特点基础上,采用有限元分析方法,开展了滚筒在使用过程中的结构性能研究,得出"滚筒的外壳及左右筋板是整个结构的薄弱部位,极容易率先发生结构失效现象"的结论,掌握了滚筒的综合性能变化规律,从结构尺寸、结构布局、材料属性等方面提出了滚筒的优化改进措施,以提高滚筒的使用寿命。
Based on the analysis of the structural characteristics of belt conveyor,this paper uses the finite element analysis method to carry out the research on the structural performance of the drum in the process of use.It is concluded that the shell and the left and right ribs of the drum are the weak parts of the whole structure,which is very easy to lead in the structural failure phenomenon.The comprehensive performance change law of the drum is mastered from the structural size,structural layout,material properties and so on The optimization and improvement measures of the roller are put forward.It plays an important role in improving the service life of the drum.
