采煤机截割滚筒行星架强度分析与改进

摘要 针对某型号采煤机滚筒行星架出现破坏的问题,以某型号采煤机滚筒行星架为研究对象,借助有限元仿真分析软件,开展了强度分析工作。结果表明,行星架大直径端螺栓连接位置存在应力集中,通过增大行星架大直径端螺栓连接孔厚度的方法完成了改进,应力集中得到改善。改进滚筒行星架可以降低采煤机的故障停机时间,减少采煤机的运行维护成本,提高综采工作面内掘进设备的利用率。 In view of the damage of the planetary frame of the shearer drum, the strength analysis work was carried out with the help of the finite element simulation software. The results show that the stress concentration exists in the bolt connection position of the large diameter end of the planetary frame. The improvement was achieved by increasing the thickness of bolt connection holes at the large diameter end of the planetary frame, and the stress concentration was improved. The application results show that the improved drum planetary frame can reduce the downtime of the shearer, reduce the operation and maintenance cost of the shearer, improve the utilization rate of the tunneling equipment in the fully mechanized mining face.
