摘要
针对采煤机导向滑靴失效率较高的问题,以某型号采煤机导向滑靴为研究对象,借助ANSYS workbench仿真计算软件,开展了采煤机导向滑靴失效分析工作。分析结果表明,采煤机后导向滑靴存在应力集中以及安全隐患问题。通过提高后导向滑靴耳板厚度和销轴孔倒角尺寸的方法完成了后导向滑靴结构的改进,改善了应力集中问题,提高了采煤机的利用率,降低了采煤机的维护维修成本,减少了工作面的停工时间,为企业创造了更多经济效益。
Aiming at the problem of high failure rate of shearer’s guide slipper,the failure analysis of shearer’s guide slipper was carried out by taking a certain type of shearer’s guide slipper as the research object and using ANSYS Workbench simulation software.The analysis results show that there is stress concentration problem in the rear guide slipper of shearer,and there are safety risks.By increasing the thickness of the lug plate of the rear guide slipper and the chamfer size of the pin hole,the structure of the rear guide slipper is improved,the stress concentration problem is improved,the utilization rate of the shearer is increased,the maintenance cost of the shearer is reduced,the downtime of the working face is reduced,and more economic benefits are created for the enterprise.
