摘要
针对某矿工作面液压支架不能满足正常安全高效开采需要的问题,分析液压支架千斤顶弯曲、变形、断裂等现象的原因,并给出具体的优化设计方案。在燕子山矿工作面上使用优化后的液压支架,操作阀的误操作率大大降低,推移千斤顶的损坏率也有所减少。在试验期间,没有出现伤亡事故,也没有出现其他连接处的断裂等现象,每台设备维修费用从1.5万元降到0.5万元,节约了成本,经济效益显著。
In view of the problem that the hydraulic support of a mining face can not meet the needs of normal,safe and efficient mining,the causes of bending,deformation and fracture of the hydraulic support jack are analyzed,and the specific optimization design scheme is given.Using the optimized hydraulic support on the working face of Yanzishan Mine,the misoperation rate of the operating valve is greatly reduced.The damage rate of push jack is also reduced.During the test,there was no casualty accident or fracture of other connections.The maintenance cost was reduced from 15000 yuan a set to 5000 yuan a set,which saved the cost and achieved remarkable economic benefits.
