摘要
针对长平矿4306列车巷单体柱支护适应性差、安全强度低、移柱工序烦琐等问题,研制了超前支护液压支架,并进行了现场试验。结果表明,运用液压支架对综采工作面巷道进行超前支护,既能有效地解决工作面顺槽支护强度低、工序烦琐等问题,又能减轻工人的劳动强度,提高生产效率,较原有单体柱支护具有明显的技术和安全优势。
In view of the problems of poor adaptability,low safety intensity and complicated column moving process of4306 train roadway single pillar support in Changping Mine,the advanced support hydraulic support was developed and field test was carried out.The test results show that:the application of hydraulic support in advance support of fully mechanized working face roadway can not only effectively solve the problems of low support strength and complicated process,but also reduce the labor intensity of workers and improve the production efficiency.Compared with the original single pillar support,this project has obvious technical and safety advantages.
