为解决大断面施工锚索难题,通过机械化提升掘进效率。通过在阳煤一矿四区东辅助回风巷配套使用了CMM1-36Y型液压锚杆钻车,实现了机械化施工钻眼、安装锚索、快速张紧的全套化作业,施工效率明显提升,改善了现场的安全工作环境,极大地降低了员工的劳动强度,为相同巷道施工提供了可靠的掘进装备。

In order to solve the problem of constructing anchor ropes in large sections and improve the digging efficiency through mechanization,the CMM1-36 Y hydraulic anchor drill truck was used by supporting the east auxiliary return airway in Zone 4.It realized a full set of mechanized construction drilling,anchor cable installation and fast tensioning operations,which significantly improved the construction efficiency,improved the safe working environment on site,greatly reduced the labor intensity of employees,and provided reliable digging equipment for the same roadway construction.
