大直径穿透钻孔抽采瓦斯工艺技术研究及应用

摘要 晋能控股煤业集团寺河煤矿使用ZDY-6000L全液压坑道钻机,在回采工作面顺槽巷道长距离横川之间,施工Φ450 mm大直径穿透钻孔,孔内全程嵌套式埋设Φ377 mm×1 m铁管,取代传统闭墙埋管抽采,实现对工作面采空区及上隅角的瓦斯治理。同时,通过对钻孔施工装备的改造升级,优化大直径穿透钻孔施工工艺流程,实现了对回采工作面采空区和上隅角瓦斯的低成本高效率治理。 ZDY-6000 L full hydraulic tunnel drill used by Sihe coal mine, operate Φ450 mm large caliber penetrated boreholes between long distance crosscut of stope mining area tunnel. Φ377×1 m iron pipe is full nested embedding in boreholes, which replace the traditional closed wall, pipe buried extraction, achieve the gas control purpose in mining area goaf and upper corner. In the meantime, the updating on drilling construction equipment, optimize the construction process of large caliber penetrated boreholes, and realize the gas control in stope mining area goaf and upper corner in a relatively low cost and efficient way.
