摘要
对双滚筒电牵引采煤机进行研究,总结其调高机构和调高的特征,分析对比采煤机滚筒高度和液压缸活塞位移,收集采煤机滚筒承重信息。通过仿真,利用原来的系统参数进一步校正,以提高采煤机调高系统的控制水平,实现调高系统对采煤机滚筒更好地控制。
This paper studies the double drum electric tractio n shearer,summarizes the characteristics of its height adjustment mechanism and height adjustment,analyzes and compares the drum height in the machine and the piston displacement of the hydraulic cylinder,collects the load-bearing information of the shearer drum.Through simulation,the original system parameters are used for more in-depth correction,which can guide the adjustment of the controllability of the shearer height adjustment system and realize better control of the shearer drum.
