摘要 针对某煤炭企业胶轮车调度分站定位监控系统的功能需求现状,以"分站监控系统工作稳定可靠,满足胶轮车准确定位与快速响应的要求"的原则,完成分站系统定位监控系统的设计工作。该调度分站监控系统的投入使用,提高了胶轮车调度系统的定位精度,保证了调度系统较快的响应速率,改善了胶轮车工作混乱的情况,增加了胶轮车的有效作业时间,降低了企业煤炭生产成本。 In view of the functional requirements of the positioning and monitoring system of rubber wheel truck dispatching sub-station in a coal enterprise,the design work of the sub-station system was carried out.The results show that the sub-station monitoring system works stably and reliably,and meets the requirements of accurate positioning and rapid response of rubber wheel truck.The application of the monitoring system in the dispatching station improves the positioning accuracy of the dispatching system,ensures the faster response rate of the dispatching system,improves the chaos of the dispatching system,increases the effective working time of the dispatching system,reduces the cost of coal production.
