摘要
针对目前带速输送机控制系统控制效率低、可靠性差的现状,提出了一种新的带式输送机智能调控系统。该系统可实现根据负载情况对输送机带速自动调节,同时能够根据运行情况对输送带的运行状态进行自动调整。该系统运行可靠性较高,降低带式输送机故障率。
In view of the current situation of low efficiency and poor reliability of belt speed conveyor control system control,a new belt conveyor intelligent regulation and control system is proposed,which realizes the automatic adjustment of belt speed according to the load condition of the conveyor,and at the same time can automatically adjust the conveyor belt according to the operation condition.The new belt conveyor intelligent control system is proposed.This system has higher steability,which can reduce failure rate.
