摘要 为了提高矿井瓦斯发电站运行保障能力,以某矿500GFI-3RW瓦斯发电机组为工程背景,提出设计一种瓦斯发电站监测监控系统,该系统采用通信网络将布置在瓦斯发电站各位置的监控分站连接为一体。现场应用后,该监控系统可实时监测瓦斯发电站各主要设备运行情况,监测到异常数据时会发出预警信息,提升了瓦斯发电站运行可靠性。 In order to improve the operation guarantee ability of gas power station in mine,taking 500 GFI-3 RW gas power machine as a backgroud,a gas power station monitoring and control system is proposed,which uses communication network to connect the monitoring sub-stations at each location of the gas power station into one.The specific structural components of the monitoring system are parameterized,and the key field monitoring stations,operator stations,and communication networks are designed in detail.The monitoring system can be used in the field to monitor the operation of the main equipment of the gas power plant in real time,and issue early warning messages when abnormal data are detected,thus enhancing the reliability of the gas power plant operation.
