摘要 针对某煤炭企业煤矿井下水泵控制系统技术落后的现状,开展了基于PLC的煤矿井下水泵自动控制系统设计工作。该系统在该煤矿的应用结果表明,系统运行稳定可靠,实现了井下水泵系统运行参数的实时监测与远程控制功能。统计结果显示,新水泵控制系统的应用,节省了运维人员,降低了故障排查时间,提高了系统的有效利用率,降低了煤炭生产成本,为煤炭企业创造了更多的经济效益。 In view of the backwardness of the control system of underground coal mine water pump in a coal enterprise,the design work of the automatic control system of underground coal mine water pump based on PLC was carried out.The results show that the system runs stably and reliably,and the functions of real-time monitoring and remote control of underground water pump system operating parameters were realized.The statistical results show that the application of the new pump control system saves the operation and maintenance personnel,reduces the time of troubleshooting,improves the effective utilization rate of the system,reduces the cost of coal production,and creates more economic benefits for coal enterprises.
