摘要
阐述了刮板输送设备关键电气件、感知控制技术、机器人巡检技术等智能化关键技术发展现状,在此基础上梳理了传感器、PLC、工控机等关键电气件及感知控制技术领域制约产业发展的瓶颈难题,结合产业发展政策环境机遇,提出了刮板输送设备智能化关键技术研发方向,展望了适应"两厚一薄"煤层工作面配套刮板输送产品的发展趋势,为无人化工作面的实现提供技术与装备支撑。
The development status of key intelligent technolo gies such as key electrical parts of scraper conveyor equipment,perception control technology and robot inspection technology is explained,and the bottleneck problems in the field of key electrical parts and perception control technology such as sensors,PLCs and industrial control machines that restrict industrial development are sorted out on this basis,and the R&D direction of key intelligent technologies of scraper conveyor equipment is proposed in combination with the opportunities of industrial development policy environment.The development trend of scraper conveying products for"two thick and one thin"coal seam working face is proposed to provide technical and equipment support for the realization of unmanned working face.
