摘要
通过植物细胞工程胚拯救技术创制了适合苗用的大白菜胞质不育系新种质CMS1-2,并利用其与自交系06进行杂交,选育出苗用型大白菜杂交新品种‘热抗9号’。该品种植株直立,中桩类型,生长势强;叶浅绿色,宽卵圆形,叶面光滑、无毛;叶柄宽,绿白色;耐热性强,抗病抗逆性好,品质优良;全国各地均可种植。
A new Chinese cabbage cytoplasmic male sterile line CMS1-2 suitable for seedling-edible was created by plant cell engineering embryo rescue technology,and it was used to cross with inbred line 06 to select a new hybrid Chinese cabbage cultivar‘Rekang 9’.The plant of this cultivar is upright,medium pile type and strong growth potential.The leaves are light green,wide oval,smooth and glabrous;the petioles are wide,green and white.The cultivar has strong heat resistance,good disease resistance and stress resistance,and good quality.It is suitable for cultivation all over China.
