摘要
随着水下兵器制导技术的进步,水下近场爆炸乃至水下接触爆炸对舰船生命力构成的威胁受到关注。针对舰船舷侧、底部通常采用的双层结构,设计一套用于水箱试验的缩尺双层加筋板架结构,进行一组不同爆距下的水下接触爆炸试验。通过高速摄像机采集试验中水下爆炸、气泡脉动、结构变形的光学影像,得到不同爆距下的双层加筋板架结构损伤结果和损伤模式。结果表明,随着爆距的减小,板架损伤模式由外板与加强筋连接处的剪切撕裂转向加强筋之间的外板板格内发生多个或单一花瓣形破口,破口区尺寸也随着爆距的减小而增大。
With the progress of guidance technology,the near-field underwater explosion and underwater contact explosion are the potential threat to the ship survivability.A small scale model of double-layer stiffened shell was designed according to the common structure of shipboard and hull bottom.A set of underwater contact explosion experiments was conducted under the condition of different explosive distances.The processes of underwater explosion,bubble pulsation and structure deformation were captured by high speed video,and the damage characteristics and damage modes of double-layer stiffened shell were obtained.With the decrease in explosive distance,the damage mode of plate frame changes from shear tear at the connection between outer plate and stiffener to single or multiple petaling fractures in the outer lattice between stiffeners.The size of fracture zone also increases with the decrease in explosive distance.
