Development trend of Mongolia Coal Industry

蒙古煤炭资源尤其是焦煤资源储量丰富、煤质好、开采条件优越;同时,煤炭是蒙古最主要的出口资源,煤炭出口极大促进了蒙古经济社会的快速发展。系统阐述了蒙古煤炭资源概况,煤炭生产、消费、出口情况,煤炭工业管理体制和政策法规,分析了蒙古煤炭工业的发展前景。蒙古煤炭生产以露天开采为主,露天煤矿产量占比达99%,而且主要用于出口,并且几乎所有炼焦煤都出口到我国;蒙古煤炭工业政策变化较大,近年来《蒙古国矿产资源法》等一系列法规的修改为煤炭工业发展创造了良好的环境;未来,蒙古将致力于铁路等基础设施建设,改善交通运输条件,进一步扩大煤炭出口。

Mongolia is rich in coal resources,especially coking coal,with good coal quality and mining conditions.Coal is the main export resource of Mongolia,and coal export has greatly promoted the rapid development of Mongolia's economy and society.This paper systematically expounded Mongolia's coal resources,coal production and export,coal consumption,coal industry management system,policies and regulations,and analyzes the prospect of Mongolia's coal development.Through the analysis,it is found that open-pit mining is the main coal production in Mongolia,and the output of open-pit coal mine accounts for 99%.The coal produced in Mongolia is mainly for export,almost all coking coal is exported to China.In recent years,a series of laws and regulations such as Mineral Resources Law have been amended to create a good environment for the development of coal industry.In the future,Mongolia will focus on railway and other infrastructure construction,improve transportation conditions and expand coal export.
