基于模糊层次分析法的高校教师信息素养评价研究

Research on the Evaluation of University Teachers Information Literacy Based on Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process

随着信息技术向教育领域不断渗透,如何科学合理地评价高校教师信息素养具有重要意义。本文阐述了高校教师信息素养的内涵与发展现状,将信息素养分为信息意识、信息知识、信息能力、信息伦理四个方面,建立高校教师信息素养的评价指标体系;运用层次分析法构建判断矩阵,求解指标权重,并采用模糊综合评价法建立信息素养的评价模型。通过实例分析,证实该方法可以有效实现教师信息素养的定量评价,有助于了解高校教师信息素养的现状,推动教育信息化的发展。

With the continuous penetration of information technology into the field of education,how to evaluate the information literacy of university teachers scientifically and reasonably is of great significance.This paper expounds the connotation and the development status of university teachers information literacy,divides information literacy into information sense,information knowledge,information ability and information ethics,and establishes the evaluation index system of university teachers information literacy.AHP is used to construct the judgment matrix and calculate the index weight.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to establish the evaluation model of information literacy.Through case analysis,it is proved that this method can effectively realize the quantitative evaluation of teachers information literacy,help to understand the current situation of university teachers information literacy,and promote the development of education informatization.
