摘要
加强乡村教师队伍建设已成为实现基础教育公平而有质量发展的应有之义,而教师身份认同直接影响能否造就一支热爱乡村、扎根乡村、反哺乡村、奉献乡村的新时代卓越乡村教师队伍。本研究基于传统与现代社会走向、乡村教师政策支持导向和乡村教育现实发展需要的背景,新时代我国乡村教师身份认同困境主要体现在自我身份、专业身份、文化身份和社会身份方面,其影响因素来源于政策制度、社会人际、学生家长和教师个人等方面。通过完善政策制度制定、确立学校保障机制、提升社会支持力度、凝聚家校协同力量、激活个人内生能力等路径,突围乡村教师身份认同所面临的现实困境。
The construction of the rural teacher team has become the necessary meaning to realize the fair and quality development of basic education,and the identity of teachers directly affects whether it can create a new era of outstanding rural teachers who love the country,take root in the country,feed back the country,and contribute to the country.This research is based on the background of traditional and modern social trends,policy support for rural teachers,and the actual development needs of rural education.The identity dilemma of rural teachers in the new era is mainly reflected in self-identity,professional identity,cultural identity and social identity.The source of its influencing factors In terms of policy system,social interpersonal relationship,parents of students and individual teachers,etc.By improving the formulation of policies and systems,establishing a school security mechanism,enhancing social support,consolidating home-school coordination,and activating personal driving forces,it breaks through the dilemma of rural teachers identity.
