摘要
案例教学是教师提供案例,学生通过体验参与,彼此对话,促进学生发展的一种实践活动。相较传统教学,案例教学实现了教学目标从“既定性”到“多样成为性”转变,教学内容从“静态固定”到“动态生成”转变,教学过程从“程序性”到“体验性”转变,教学方法从“单向传递”到“多向互动对话”转变。提出加强案例的教学设计、尊重学生的主体权利、重构教师的角色价值、注重课后的反思与研究等优化案例教学的路径,以实现本科课堂教学质量提升。
Case teaching is a practical activity in which teachers provide cases and students engage in a dialogue with each other to promote student development.Compared with traditional teaching,case teaching has realized the transformation of teaching goals from“determined”to“diversified”,the teaching content has changed from“statically fixed”to“dynamically generated”,and the teaching process has changed from“procedural”to“experienced”,the transformation of teaching methods has changed from“one-way transmission”to“multi-directional interactive dialogue”.It is proposed to strengthen the“teaching design”of cases,respect the subject rights of students,reconstruct the role value of teachers,and focus on after-class reflection and research to optimize the path of case teaching to improve the quality of undergraduate teaching.
