猪伪狂犬病是由疱疹病毒1型引发的一种急性接触性传染性疾病,常呈爆发流行或者急性发病流行,造成的死亡率较高,会对生猪养殖业造成威胁。猪伪狂犬病属于典型的免疫抑制性疾病,除引起猪群出现严重的死亡外,还会攻击猪群的免疫器官,造成免疫功能下降,易出现免疫空白期,给多种病原的侵染提供条件,表现复杂的临床症状。该文主要论述猪伪狂犬病的诊断和综合防控过程。

Pseudorabies is an acute contact infectious disease caused by herpes virus Type 1,which is often epidemic or acute,resulting in a high mortality rate and posing a serious risk to the pig industry.Porcine pseudorabies(PRV)is a typical immunosuppressive disease,which not only causes severe death of pigs,but also attacks the immune organs of Pigs,resulting in the reduction of immune function and the occurrence of immune blank period,thus providing conditions for the infection of various pathogens,presenting with complex clinical symptoms.This paper mainly discusses the diagnosis and Integrated Prevention and control process of pseudorabies in swine.
