贵州省盘州市生猪定点屠宰现状及改进措施

Current Situation and Improvement Measures of Pig Slaughter in Panzhou City,Guizhou Province

实行生猪定点屠宰是保障人民大众吃上“放心肉”的重要举措。盘州市根据现有屠宰场(点)的分布情况、乡(镇、街道)农贸市场距离各定点屠宰场(点)远近及消费实际需求,采取“划片定点屠宰、分片保供”的措施,以保障肉食品供给和质量安全。该文对盘州市生猪定点屠宰现状进行调查分析,并提出一些建议。

The implementation of pig slaughter is to ensure that the people eat“assured meat”an important measure.According to the distribution of the existing slaughterhouses(points),the distance between the agricultural trade markets in townships(towns and streets)and the actual demand for consumption,Panzhou city has adopted the measure of“slicing and slaughtering at designated points,slicing and protecting supply”,to ensure the availability and safety of meat products.This paper investigates and analyzes the current situation of pig slaughter in Panzhou city,and puts forward some suggestions.
