Hazard and Detection Method of Veterinary Drug Residues in Animal Products

畜禽产品是人们餐桌上重要的蛋白质来源,畜禽产品质量安全,关系到消费者的生命健康。科学合理的兽药添加行为,能更好地促进动物健康生长,满足动物的生长发育所需,缩短养殖周期,提高饲料利用效率,但是不合理的兽药使用行为,势必会造成不同程度的药物残留。该文主要论述畜产品售药残留产生的危害,并提出相应的检测方法。

Livestock and poultry products are an important source of protein on people's dinner table.The quality and safety of livestock and poultry products are related to the life and health of consumers.Scientific and reasonable behavior of adding veterinary drugs can better promote the healthy growth of animals,meet the needs of the growth and development of animals,shorten the breeding cycle,and improve the feed utilization efficiency,but irrational behavior of using veterinary drugs,will result in different levels of drug residue.This paper mainly discusses the harm of drug residues in animal products and puts forward the corresponding detection methods.
